Application Process

Come tour the house and pick up an Application Form! (We also provide virtual house tours).

Applications are accepted when accompanied by a $300 Room Deposit. The Room Deposit becomes the Security Deposit upon signing of the contract. Contracts are signed for the full academic year or for one or two summer sessions.
