Come tour the house and
pick up an Application Form!

Applications are accepted when accompanied by a $300 Room Deposit.

The Room Deposit becomes the Security Deposit upon signing of the contract.

Contracts are signed for the full academic year or for one or two summer sessions.

Monthly Payment Plan Available: 8 payments October through May.
